Refund and Exchange Policy for Elara Blings

At Elara Blings, we strive to ensure that our customers have a seamless and "aesthetic" shopping experience. We take great pride in our curated jewelry collections; however, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise with your purchase. Below is our detailed Refund and Exchange Policy:

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges primarily for products that are received in a damaged or defective state. If you receive a piece of jewelry that is physically broken or does not meet the quality standards promised, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange for a replacement.

2. The 24-Hour Notification Rule

To maintain the hygiene and exclusivity of our jewelry, we have a strict notification window.

  • Timeline: Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order to report any damages or discrepancies.

  • Process: Any requests made after this 24-hour window will unfortunately not be entertained for an exchange or refund.

3. Evaluation & Verification Process

If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us immediately via our Instagram handle @elara_blings.

  • You will be required to share clear unboxing videos or photos showing the defect or damage.

  • Our team will evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action within 48 hours of your report.

4. Conditions for Exchange

Exchanges are strictly limited to the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product received does not match the description or the specific "aesthetic" image shown on our official platform.

  • Note: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all Elara Blings packaging intact.

5. Exchange Timeline

Once your exchange request is approved and we receive the original item back at our facility, we will process and dispatch your replacement product within 7 business days. You will be notified via Instagram DM once the new parcel is on its way.

6. Refund Policy

At Elara Blings, we generally follow an exchange-only policy. However, in exceptional cases where a replacement for a defective item is out of stock, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please note that refunds can take up to 10-15 working days to process back to your original payment method.

7. Delivery Charges for Exchanges

In the event of an exchange:

  • The customer will be responsible for bearing the delivery charges for both the return of the original product to our Karachi office and the shipping of the new replacement product.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
